1 x 4 metre Bell Tent Hire from £150 (up to a max of 2 night hire)

1 x Sandstone Emperor 7m Bell Tent Hire from £300 (up to a max of 2 night hire)
A 3rd night/extra nights £50 per night may apply
Multi tent discounts apply when booking more than 10 x 4m or 10 x 5m tents.
All of our hires include a floorcovering, doormat, rustic crate tables or small colourful table, battery operated pole/pocket lights and bunting.
Our Deluxe Host/Bridal tent includes a floorcovering, doormat, rustic side tables, heart shaped table, rugs, slippers, privacy voile screen with hangers, lanterns, battery operated twinkle lights and garlands and a double ivory frame bed with mattress, duvet, pillows and quality bed linen.
All hire costs assume a local hire with easy access to the pitching area and convenient parking of our vehicle adjacent/close to the pitching area.
Extra mileage/travel costs will be added to hires outwith our local set up area of Nairn/Inverness and set up logistic costs may apply if site access is "tricky"! In the case of large bookings we will discount these costs.

NEW FOR 2024 - We are extending our supply from 28 bell tents to 40 tents - 20 x 4m and 20 x 5m with a larger selection of neutral shades (sandstone & coffee) available as well as our pastels and stripey rainbow, harlequin and candy cane.
4m bell tents perfect for up to 3. 5m tents are perfect for up to 5 (or 6 for private garden events).
Our 7m bell tents are perfect for larger group shelters, buffet areas, children play space, dressing rooms/make up rooms, chill out lounges, dance spaces (up to 30) and formal dining around a fixed table (up to 16).
For Multi- tent bookings a Good Housekeeping deposit may be required. TBC at our discretion.
A 25% Deposit is due at time of booking to secure your date. This must be paid no later than 7 days from your Booking Invoice date. Your quoted price and event will only be secured by your deposit paid. All balances are payable 4 weeks before your Hire Event. When booking with less than 4 weeks to go the full amount of your hire is due at time of booking.
We do recommend for multi tent bookings or wedding villages that you book well in advance. Some dates in the calendar are very busy. All of our tents currently from mid July to the end of the first week of August are dedicated every year to Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival and are therefore unavailable for private hire.
