Wheelbarrows to help with your stuff on a use/empty/return "Think of your fellow Glampers" basis (Trolleys no more)
Reception Tent with lounge area, mobile phone charging and tea/coffee from 6.30am until 2am (where we close for a few hours sleep).
Glamping Parking Passes will also form part of your package with us - 1 pass per 4m bell tent and 2 per 5m bell tent. Further passes can be purchased.

OUR FESTIVAL REFUND POLICY
Cancellation by you -
Cancellation requests must be received by email.
Limelife will review all cancellations/refund requests at their discretion and refund accordingly on a reason/timing basis.
After the booking is made and up to 8 months prior to event date - 100% of monies paid will be refunded.
8 months to 5 months prior to event date - a 10% administration fee will be incurred and 90% of monies paid will be refunded.
5 months to 2 months prior to event date - refunds will be re-sale dependent and will incur a 10% administration fee.
2 months prior to event date all refund requests will be at Limelife's discretion.
Cancellation by us - We will refund you the entire price of your booking.
"Force Majeure"- Limelife will use their best efforts to fulfill every booking accepted within the limits of Limelife's control. We will not be liable for any delay, failure or abandonment due to reasons outwith our control such as traffic congestion, severe weather, natural disaster, government action or terrorism/war/civil unrest.
For extra peace of mind we recommend that you take out personal event insurance to cover any possible loss as you would booking a hotel/holiday/wedding/event etc.
Please note our maximum in a 4m tent is 3 persons and in a 5m tent is 5 persons
A "Limited Edition" Luxury Package including metal bedframes, cushions, bedside tables, bedside lamps, hanging rail with hangers, mirror and lovely wee extra bits of decor made its debut in 2024 and we got some fab feedback (thanks guys) so we are delighted to be offering them now and increasing our number a few at a time (subject to request/availability).
A number of metal bedframes were also introduced in 2024 to assist with "Glamping for everyone" and the feedback was they were very comfy. We are introducing a few more each year (subject to request/availability)
