Meet & Greet Welcome Team.
Wheelbarrows & trolleys to help with your stuff on a use/empty/return "Think of your fellow Glampers" basis.
Reception Tent with lounge area, mobile phone charging and tea/coffee from 6.30am until 1.30am (where we close for a few hours sleep).
Hot water for bring your own hot water bottles.
Glamping Parking Passes will also form part of your package with us - 1 pass per 4m bell tent and 2 per 5m bell tent. Further passes can be purchased. Addresses will be gathered by us and passed on to the Festival who in turn will send passes out in advance of the Festival taking place.

Beframes can be added to our Standard and Classic package (subject to availability).
OUR FESTIVAL REFUND POLICY
Cancellation by you -
Cancellation requests must be received by email.
Limelife will review all cancellations/refund requests at their discretion and refund accordingly on a reason/timing basis.
After the booking is made and up to 8 months prior to event date - 100% of monies paid will be refunded.
8 months to 5 months prior to event date - a 10% administration fee will be incurred and 90% of monies paid will be refunded.
5 months to 3 months prior to event date - refunds will be re-sale dependent and will incur a 10% administration fee.
3 months prior to event date all refund requests will be at Limelife's discretion.
Our bells cannot be transferred by you or re-sold by you via an online agency.
"Force Majeure"- Limelife will use their best efforts to fulfill every booking accepted within the limits of Limelife's control. We will not be liable for any delay, failure or abandonment due to reasons outwith our control such as traffic congestion, severe weather, natural disaster, government action or terrorism/war/civil unrest.
For extra peace of mind we recommend that you take out personal event insurance to cover any possible loss as you would booking a hotel/holiday/wedding/event etc.
Please note our maximum in a 4m tent is 3 persons and in a 5m tent is 5 persons
A Luxury Package (only available in a 5m bell tent) including a Welcome Doormat, metal bedframes, luxury mattress, quality bedding, cushions and blankets, bedside tables, battery operated lanterns, hanging rail with wooden hangers, mirror and shoe/boot tray was introduced on request in 2024 and is now becoming more popular (subject to availability)
