Terms & Conditions

Services and Equipment

We will endeavour to supply the services and equipment in accordance with your booking at all times. Our equipment will always be in good order and left clean and tidy for your arrival. You will return the equipment to us at the end of a hire period in the same condition as when the equipment was first provided, subject to any wear and tear that is consistent with normal and reasonable use.

We may, at our discretion, ask for a Good Housekeeping deposit and reserve the right to deduct an amount equivalent to the extent such equipment is not returned to us in the same condition or a reasonable condition.

You shall not let anyone other than yourself use our equipment unless you have notified us by email that this is the case.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation by you (non festival) - Limelife reserve the right at all times to retain 25% of any monies paid to cover administration/preparation costs & expenses.

Force Majeure - Limelife reserves the right to cancel any booking accepted should prevailing conditions at the time of the booked event or forecasted be deemed unsuitable for the pitching of our bell tents and the health and safety of our Team.

Cancellation by us - in the event of a cancellation by us another date will be offered or a full refund will be given.

For extra peace of mind we recommend you take out event insurance to cover any possible losses.

In General....

Be nice, kind and considerate to our Staff and to all others around you at all times.

Take care of yourselves and your tent.

Do not cross over guy ropes - walk round the tent/s.

Make sure you are aware of all rules/regs/info you require before attending an event as we are only providing a service and equipment, we do not own or operate events and have no responsibility for anything other than what we provide (we do endeavour of course to help in any way and problem solve as quickly as possible where and when we can if it relates to the service and equipment we do provide).

Note that bookings DO NOT include Event Tickets. They should be booked independent of your booking with us.

Enjoy and behave - we do reserve the right to refuse admission or eject customers who do not behave.

Liability

We will not be liable for any property damage or theft. We recommend that you do not leave anything valuable in tents, pamper areas or reception at any time unattended.

Fires/BBQ's/Smoking/Naked Flames are all STRICTLY forbidden in and around our tents as all of these things carry serious risk to our equipment, personnel and persons using the tents. If anyone is found to be in breach of this we do reserve the right to remove you from your tent without hesitation or refund.

Children

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult (21 or over). Proof of identity and age must be provided on request. Adults must be glamping with any children and cannot leave them unaccompanied at any time
